The "from stove to table" weekend is a special dedication to lovers of fine food.
You'll be donning a chef's apron for a few moments at the side of a chef trainer.
Cooks in the shadow of famous chefs, these chef trainers are the proud holders of culinary know-how that will delight the taste buds of gourmets for the duration of a gastronomic weekend.
Whether for the first time or to perfect your skills, all enthusiasts are welcome.
You'll learn recipes and concoct varied menus together.

A 1 or 2-night stay with full board, accommodation, cooking classes, meals & wine included...

Friday night option

Welcome at the estate, aperitif dinner with champagne and grands crus classés, orchestrated by a sommelier.


Saturday

A studious day on the agenda! We'll draw up the day's menus.

Under the chef's watchful eye, you'll help him cook 5 or 6 recipes. You'll learn all the tricks of the trade around different themes. Gustatory discoveries and shared pleasures, interspersed with lunch in the home's dining room, or even by the pool depending on the season. Taste your morning creations while chatting with the chef. 

Dinner tasting of your creations from earlier in the afternoon, with an exceptional food & wine pairing selected by the sommelier.

Sunday

After a gourmet breakfast, departure for a wine and tapas tasting at a winery.
