... comes from the hotel and luxury restaurant business, from the Parisian palaces (George V, Drouant) to the Maison Pic in Valence, where she was Director of the cooking school. She also successfully managed her own hotel establishment in Montélimar for almost 8 years. From this journey of excellence, she has kept a high standard, a rigour and a sense of service that are out of the ordinary.
